Our philosophy is to offer excellent value for money, and the highest quality, freshest materials, with bespoke designs and a truly personal and professional service. Owned by husband and wife team Ian and Karen Cruickshanks, you'll find experienced florist Karen on the shop floor most days, and whilst Ian might seem more elusive, he's usually upstairs dealing with the 'behind the scenes' business essentials! We both come from blue chip business backgrounds originally. The way we do business reflects our understanding of issues such as corporate branding, financial pressures, and the essentials of excellent customer service. This business background, coupled with their creative flair (Karen has demonstrated at the Chelsea Flower Show and Ian is a published comedy writer) is the perfect combination for delivering affordable luxurious designs.

Our Green Ethos

Floristry can produce a lot of waste - foliage, stems, packaging, broken glassware etc. We want to minimise our impact on the environment as far as possible, so we recycle as much as we can - cardboard, glass, plastic, paper etc and we carefully conserve water. We’re green where we can be in other areas as well, from our recycled stationary and eco-friendly cleaning products, tothe organic milk in our tea!

We use many local suppliers, offering a range of UK grown seasonal flowers, foliages and plants all year round - reducing our carbon footprint, and ensuring that everything is really fresh when you buy it. We are continually sourcing new suppliers to broaden the range of eco-friendly, fair trade and local products we use and offer.

We’re far from perfect, but little by little we’re doing what we can, and in doing so we’re offering our customers the option of being that little bit more ‘green’.
